We offer 30 days to change your mind. Within 15 days after the order, you are refunded. On the fifteenth day, our customer service will provide a credit usable on all the watches offered on our site thom-olson.com.
The condition for a refund? Send the watch in perfect condition, not worn, and undamaged with all the elements that accompany it (packaging, manuals …).
To make a return, please contact our customer service, which will guide you without waiting for the return procedure and open your return file.
Thom Olson offers buyers a shipping within 5 working days of all products To available countries when choosing the shipping address.
All delivery terms mentioned (days shipping, delivery time on working days, shipping date, etc.) of the website shall be construed as estimated delivery terms and not definitive delivery terms or guarantees.
It is up to the buyer to enter the proper shipping address; if there is problem sending order due to wrong shipping address of buyer, Thom Olson shall not be held responsible for the loss of the shipment.
Please note: for orders shipped to an address outside the EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that THOM OLSON has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, THOM OLSON cannot predict their amount. THOM OLSON advises the buyer to contact the local customs office for further information.
